1. Login to the admin area of your wordpress site;

2. Click Add New
3. Add a title, some text, choose a category (news) and finally click publish
4. Add a picture , click upload/Insert
5. A pop up appears asking you to select files. Click ‘Select Files’ and choose the image/s you want
When the image has finished uploading Select the size you want to use and select ‘Insert into Post’
